SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 14-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Ronderiart ships worldwide for free of charge using various delivery services (EMS, DHL, UPS, GLOBEX). 

Shipping charges may occur for a custom order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with order details. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Ronderiart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim.

If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company.

They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation.

All our paintings are fully insured.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your artwork delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at latest due to we might be in different time zone).

In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order has been made, Buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials.

In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, We are holding charge of 15%.

In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, We are holding charge of 30%.

To be eligible for a return, Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that Ronderiart does not cover return shipping cost.

We recommend using delivery service with tracking number.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your product, You should mail your product within 30 days after the order delivery date to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any customs fees.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping & fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
